About the Role:
In the role of Space Host, you are the operator of your location. You are responsible for maintaining maximum membership capacity through various hospitality techniques as well as managing day to day operations and providing exceptional customer service with your
members and guests. You are innovative, passionate, a hard worker and continuously seeking ways to improve our services through focused efforts on hospitality and member experiences. This position includes many different facets and responsibilities that all align with ensuring smooth day to day operations of your space. This role reports to the General Manager of the location.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in managing and executing building/office operations and make sure processes are
running smoothly - Manage the entire lifecycle of a member, from inquiry to new tours, onboarding, and
offboarding - Assist in expense and inventory management for your location
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
- Work with General Manager to maintain 100% occupancy by achieving sales goals and
managing churn - Maintaining company standards and expectations
- Responsible for member engagements, community events, and supporting member
networking - Orient first-time members and short-term guests
- Responsible for maintaining the culture and vibe of the space
- Capable of troubleshooting end-to-end IT management and solutions (i.e. printing, network
management, phones, etc.)
Experience & Requirements: - Experience managing a diverse group of personalities
- Self-starter who has the ability to work independently
- Willing to learn new systems and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once
- Experience in a Hospitality driven industry
- Computer skills preferred
